Body lift waag bar process.....(updated daily)
Day 3
OK, i have all the parts made that i need. I just have to line it up and drill 4 more holes.
here are the pix of the brackets so far.

Main frame brackets with 3 inches added on the top (its solid square tube...going to SUCK to drill through that)

All except the top brackets put together...different angles
this is the passanger side bracket

top bracket that i need to align and drill

What it should look like all complete

i might finish up tonight, but i donno
i had to work a 9.5 hour day today and have to move 3 cars to get mine in the garage. grrrr.

ya it looks easier then it is....
i finally went out and did some more work on it today...when i was getting to the final stages, i didnt like how it was turning out.. once i took the main frame brackets off, it didnt bolt on the same as it did before..that threw a few measurements off that i took before. The piece that i got welded on top bailry sticks out far enought to touch the bracket to hit the waag...this means it pulls the top end a little closer to the truck and the bottom end sticks out to far for my liking...(its gotta be perfect if its custom)
I plan to make 3 holes longer so i can slide the bottom end bracket inward to make it how i like it.
It is getting fixed tomorrow, and i will try to put it back together on tuesday.
I hope it goes better then today...
