1994 ford 4.0 supercharged

im looking at installing an eaton m112 onto my ranger with the tom morana adapter kit. while im at it im going to replace the gaskets and the fuel injectors (to higher rated ones). i would also probably be replacing the fuel rail. is there anything else that i should do to make sure i dont lose hp from not installing something i should have?
i know i need :
m112 super
40 ish lb injectors
new belt
adapter kit
thanks in advance for help/ opinions

I would recalculate that injector size, 40lb/hr will be way to big
4.0l OHV is 160HP, uses 14lb/hr injectors
Say supercharger adds 100HP(60 is more likely)
That would mean 21 or 23lb/hr injectors

You want to keep boost under 7psi unless you rebuild the engine with new crank, pistons and rods that can handle higher boost, even 7psi is at the edge
So look at Boost Control for the supercharger you will be using

Thanks for the input. Any idea where i could get a pulley belt to fit the setup?

No, it will be a custom size based on the supercharger pulley size you use, this pulley size controls the Boost PSI, i.e. how fast the supercharger turns relative to RPMs(crank pulley size)

Once you have everything bolted into place and lined up use a string in place of the belt and then measure it, don't forget the tensioner, it needs to hold belt tight

I recently supercharged (m90) my 94 with a 99 4.0. I used a 100ft soft tape and wrapped it around all the pulleys. Take the measurement and amount of grooves on all of the pulleys to Napa, they had the belt I needed. I got rid of my A/C compressor but this is the belt number and it should help point you in the right direction.
Micro-v 25. 060950. 6PK2415
I'm running the stock 94 fuel pump with the 99 injectors and not having any fuel issues (so far). I swapped the 99 fuel rail with the 94's and it hasn't had an issue. Make sure you use good gaskets and look for vacuum leaks. You should be pulling -14 psi at idle. I'm boosting about 10 psi.
I'd recommend upgrading all the engine internals first.
