Welcome to the forum
I assume its water not coolant from the heater core?
The AC Evaporator collects moisture/water as outside air passes thru it, this water drips in to a "drip pan" located inside the cab, drip pan has a drain tube that passes thru the firewall so the water can drip out onto the ground
Drain tube can look like this on the engine side of firewall: https://www.f150forum.com/attachment...602_175607.jpg
Or you maybe able to see it in the cab running straight down and coming out passenger side of transmission hump
You can use a flexible electric wire to clear the drain
Drain pan may be cracked, if you have freezing temps where you live and drain was clogged, water in pan can freeze and crack the pan

And does the outlet drip water when engine is running and AC is on?
If not then its plugged or Drip Pan is not getting the water from Evaporator, those are the only 2 options
What year is the Ranger?
