3 clutches in 4 years, are you a little hard on it?

 

IF I'd would have kept a running total....I think I would have shot myself....twice. Maybe $3,000 in the last 4 years. The first year was just a few had to haves ( bed liner , bed cover ) before winter. The next year was the face lift and painted rear bumper then the new summer rims and tires and them the shocks and new tires for the factory rims. Still looking at an exhaust kit.....

Paid 13,8xx.xx for it in late '03 and have over 10k in mods. Now I'm selling it and I won't get that back... Oh well.

 

Bought my 93 2wd with 89K on it for $500+40 for a tool box+100 for underdrive pulley and belt = $640

 

hmmm humm..... bought the truck brand new in 2008 for 25,000 out the door...
combined with all the mods listed below.. total spent in the last 3 years comes to about $40,000, not including probably a couple thousand in oil changes and some other repair work :(... now where did I put that bottle of scotch...

EDIT: forgot.. its financed... 2 years left at 377 a month. Also have money owed on a line of credit.. hard to say how much is from my truck and how much is from other toys/tools i've bought.. but I try to put about 500 a month into that too... so with financing, insurance, credit, and gas.. I spend a good $1500 - $1800 a month on my truck :(
