Disconnected Cable

Just opened the engine to add windscreen wash and notice this cable was disconnected - I've reconnected it now .

Any ideas what it's for or why it would be disconnected? - most likely after being in for a service as I haven't disconnected anything.

Its for turbo air inlet so most likely an air temp sensor if its just 2 wires

You have a T6 Ranger which we, in North America, could never get or even import
Our Rangers were smaller and 1983 to 2011 model years, no Diesels or turbos, well 1983-1985 had diesel option

Try Australian Ranger forums, they also got the T6 models and forums are in English, lol
