Ford should definately lose sales.........but they way people buy things just to say they have the most expensive and newest thing out, it will prolly sell like hotcakes....

what other truck comes with twin-turbos,the new superduty looks sweet,i would trade my ranger anyday for one, ford changed the look who cares, its got a powerful engine to back it up.if the truck is so bad than why does ford sell more 1 tons with the powerstroke diesel than dodge and chevy combined? think about that,we have a superduty and its the best truck we everhad.

show me the numbers were ford sales more diesels than a dodge......i dont believe it.....besides ford has to put twin turbos on their diesels to keep up with the power dodge is making with the cummins.......

i dont want to start this into a "who's diesel is better" war, but i just want to see the #'s were ford sells more DIESELS than Dodge....or Chevy for that matter

As the most successful vehicle in the history of automobiles, the Ford F-Series is in a league of its own at the top of the automotive game. It’s been the best-selling truck in America for 28 consecutive years, besting its own monthly record of 102,424 units sold in October 2001. Since its debut in 1948, Ford Motor Company has sold more than 28 million F-Series trucks around the world. F-Series annual sales volume tops what many companies achieve for their entire product lineup. Ford sells about one F-Series truck every 34 seconds in the U.S. In July, that pace quickened considerably to one F-Series truck every 21 seconds.

“Ford is the perennial truck leader because our customers demand the best from us, and they know they’ll get it,” said Hazel. “You can only stay on top in this business by delivering continuous improvements. It’s what our customers expect. It’s a promise we will keep.”

show me actual #'s...not what some auto mag wrote...when you say F-Series you are also talking about the F-150......i want #'s that show the Superduty has out sold Dodge and Chevy.......i was not asking for a general idea.......that quote seems to be pretty old since it quotes 2001....

Looks like Toyota is the up and comer.

I'm gonna start a petition to change the name from Super Duty to Super Poopy.
