2000 4 cylinder alternator not charging.

Hello, I have a 2000 4 cylinder ranger that won't charge. My wife drove it to work and left a seat warmer plugged in to the cigarette lighter and drained the battery. She tried to jump start it but it died as soon as she took the cables off. I put a new battery in it and pulled the alternator to have it tested. It worked perfectly.
I searched all the threads on the problem and I've done the tests. My wire that goes to the stud and nut terminal has no power to it. Also the 30 fuse under the hood has no power. I can't find the fusible links in the wires. Can anyone tell me where they are located and tell me where the power to the 30 amp fuse comes from? It's labeled as voltage regulator fuse.
thanks.

There should be a 125 or 175amp MEGA fuse on the outside of the engine fuse box, no fusible links

Black/orange stripe wire from Alternators stud(B+) should run to one side of that MEGA fuse and there should be two wires there, other one runs to Main Power Bus inside fuse box.
Other side of MEGA fuse runs to Battery, smaller cable, larger battery cable runs to starter motor

30amp fuse in the fuse box powers the Yellow alternator wire, it gets voltage from battery, when engine is off, thru the 175amp fuse
