Blows only heat

Blows only heat
I can turn the fan off and on. All fan speeds work, but all it blows is heat.
Ive had the same problem in a KIA Sportage years ago and I replaced the whole heater/AC control panel in the dash to take care of it. Im thinking of trying that with my Ranger....Any suggestions?

blend motor
heater/ac blend door motor sits on top of heater box behind glove box 45-60 bucks auto zone the 3 screws are a pain look it up on google search took me about 3 hours to replave
