Clutch position sensor help please
I have a 2.5 2000 ford ranger that I recently swapped did a auto to manual swap on, and I'm about to be getting the manual pcm I have the manual engine harness I just am confused about the clutch position sensor how do I wire one up

2000 should still have the Clutch switch plug under the dash, above clutch pedal area, it will have an extension harness plugged into it that ran down to the automatic transmission
You need to locate it and unplug the extension, then plug it into the clutch switch
Its a 6 pin plug, pins are in line, usually has 6 wires but may only have 4 wires

Up to, I think 2001/2, all Rangers were wired for manual trans, and if an automatic was used an extension cable was added to the clutch Neutral switch plug-in so the automatic's DTR sensor was used instead
