Fuel pump or not?

Had a new one and filter put on 2 years ago. Recently started acting the same way As before the repair.? Mechanic showed me pressure was good from the pump. Scanner port won’t work and fuses all check out ok.! Will eventually start and after it warms up it will stay running? Any tips? Also have check engine light on but without a scanner that’s a crapshoot Also made a bad choice and put Walmart gas in last time.

We weren't there last time, lol, when they were "the same"

Will eventually start and after it warms up it will stay running?
