Need Help Identifying Vacuum Line

Hey guys I'm trying to find a replacement part for this small vacuum line hose for my 1996 Ford Ranger 4.0 V6, its located underneath throttle body, but i haven't been able to determine the exact part number for it, would really appreciate any help on identify part number or replacement part for it. I have attached pictures of it below, this part has become brittle and has a hole in it really need to get it replaced. Thanks in advance, I'm grateful for any help truly.

I doubt there would be a part number for just that short piece, most likely you would have to get the whole line from throttle body to EVAP canister, I think thats where it goes

Any autoparts store should have vacuum hose by the foot, shortest you can buy, take that hose in and match its size, get a foot and cut the length you need

And its Ported Vacuum so not a "vacuum leak" like it would be if it was on the other side of throttle plate
