Doing DIY parking brake repair. The cable is snapped off where it joins to the pedal and may have seized up in the drums. I'm currently working without a repair manual for a few weeks until my grandpa can bring me his and I cannot find any diagrams for the pedal assembly anywhere. I got the tube that the cable goes through in the front out and installed the new one however I cannot get the old cable head out of the pedal assembly! A picture will be included any help on how to get it out would be greatly appreciated!! Would hopefully like to get this part done today so I can get the pedal assembly secured and drums fixed before school tomorrow... Parking brake cable stuck in pedal assembly.
