i got 2 power cloth explorer seats from the junkyard yesterday. i know they'll bolt right in. my question is. what's the best way to hook up the female end of the seat belt.?

option 1 - use the rail that came with the expo seats and tap a hole in the floor
option 2 - tap the hole in the side of the seat frame

any help is greatly appreciated
