Camping would be fun.
Since in NC there are not millions of mosquitoes waiting to attack you.

jason, yes.....convoy will take shape starting now......you, me, scott,.......who else from north......? anyone?

How about July 14-15 of 2009? It's a Tuesday/Wednesday, which means less road traffic and less people at the campgrounds......I'm sure we can all tell our employers 8 months ahead of time, they'd fully understand. Hell, lets try and get some sponsors for this damn thing! This meet, is going to happen. And, it will be epic. Mark my words.

Why not do a weekend? Seems like it would be easier for people to get time off than a random mid week meet. Lets do a full 3 days too.

400 there and back is 800, last time I drove it, it took 3 tanks of gas, between $95-$100 to fill the tank each time, although gas was over $4 a gallon then, my gas mileage sucks because I carry about 600 lbs of tools and crap everywhere I go.

When gas is 4.05 it never costs more than 70 bucks to fill up my tank, theres no way it costs you 100 dollars.

Well would be nice to drive onto the beach with you all, but with a low rider in progress, I don't think i would make it too far in the sand......lol

I can take any days off if it's 6months ahead of time LOL.

I have a 19 gallon tank FTW

Steven, if you want it to be epic try and get as many people on the board as possible to attend. More is always better.

I got this in my sig! lol

i think since we start planing a year in advance, no one can complain about gas. i think it's a good idea.

steven, its like 670 miles from me, so were could get a FL convoy.

As it stands right now I'd be up for it, but it all depends on the dates. I would be up for a little wheelin maybe, but I don't want to be stuck hours away from home with a broken truck.
