OK. I got pics but they are at night and they were done with a camera phone. I don't know the brand of radar detector and i didn't get pics of the sensors but they are fairly small and they need a clear vew of the street.
Oh the truck is a 1995 Chevy Tahoe.

Yes, It's called an in dash model with remote sensors. 600 bucks, and make sure you get the laser deflector license plate border.

I seen a remote setup at the Tweeter store a few months ago. My jaw hit the floor when I seen the price tag. It was something around $600 uninstalled.

yeah, i like a very protected rear end, thats for sure hahahaha. but i think its a great idea. my radar is currently ducted taped to my dash and wired behind the dash so i dont have wires just hanging off the front of my dash and looking tooooo crappy
