So we got one fender on today and it turned out pretty damn awesome! We used hood pins and bolts for ease of removal.

In progress.

So the truck was taking the whoops at about 50-60 mph which without any tuning is pretty impressive though. But a desert trip without causalities is not a real desert trip. Lost both of my tail lights and one of my offroad lights. Overall not so bad considering i welded everything on this truck and nothing broke off or showed signs of weakness. Me hit pretty hard a few times too. Here are a few snap shots of the truck.

Well since i lost my taillights i decided it was time to bite the bullet and redo the whole back wiring harness and wire up my led lights. Pics tomorrow morning of how the wiring came out, since its pitch black outside and my phone takes crappy pics. The wiring was hard to get them to work as turn and brake and parking lights, but after scratching my head and poking some brains of friends i got them working right. Heres a horrible teaser pic!

Yes cage is being done this summer and the truck will be on all 4's in two months. The engine is going to be rebuilt over the course of the next 6 months and some mild mods will be done.... Other than that it will be a whole different truck by the end of this year!

Links and a new engine, that will be an entirely new truck. Good luck with being patient while it is on jack stands during the summer months!

3.0 115k miles blown head gasket bad miss fire.

New specs bigger valves ported and polished heads and intake manifolds. Bored to .030 over 1.7:1 roller rockers. And underdrive pullies. Should runn pretty good once we are done.

Nice Progress. Those intakes do look good from hot tanking, and its a whole lot easier than having to clean them by hand!

Been awhile since an update so heres a teaser shot.
Also the truck is gonna be done in about 2 weeks, so it won't be a summer long project.
