yep just havent got to that point yet lol. Only one of the link brackets is mounted but its just a starting point. 3 more to go!

Oh yes! Im gonna be breaking the new engine in and dialing the new suspension in for next years race season.

Yah we are shooting for next season and maybe some prerunning this season to get a feel for the new suspension and how fast i really can go. Im getting a new front end for it so these next few weeks are gonna be insane for me lol. And its gonna be caged before summer is over.

looks good but i just saw end of thread, wondering why you stuck w a 3.slow?

 

because i want to make it work and didn't want to deal with all the smog crap of putting a different engine in. Plus my engine in the dirt is no slower than a 4.0 in the dirt.

 

Set the truck down on all fours for the first time in months. 4 link cycles good. Pics up later.

Been awhile since an update but im gonna be getting the axle soon and getting the money to finish the truck in a few weeks. Hopefully i will have this thing caged and running to go out to the barstow clean up in november!

 

Chopped off the old bedcage and started a new one. Heres a teaser shot. This bedcage is gonna be x10000 times better than the hack piece o' crap that was on there.

Nope this was all done with the harbor frieght kinker lol. I just modified it so it wouldn't kink the tubing.
