Biltrites axle builds and eventual sas
nvm it obv full length didnt see the cast wedges. still wondering if biltrite gets hassle for wheels sticking out that much. and how the width of front compares to rear. cant really tell by the angle of his pictures.
Also, I've had great service with the Longfield Teflon Spindle Bushings. (Link)
I like your Dana 44 axle build. Nice work...nice truck too.
I know its been a while since I checked in here. so hello to every one. the ranger is still alive and well.
I got a few more dents in it, I put an air locker in the front and am rolling on different tires now but not much else has changed
I will try and post some action shots soon

yeah its been neglected for awhile
I hope to start doing a few more things to the truck soon
I plan on getting the fiber glass bed sides on and rhino lining the whole truck
also wanted to update a previous post about my rear axle tubes being bent... not true
we put a strait bar threw the axle and it was perfect.. the e-locker was causing the ring and pinion warping
so I threw a zip locker in the rear and have not had a problem since
I also never mentioned that I had broke several teeth off the front ring and pinion
so while replacing that I threw a selectable (ARB) locker in the front
and here are a few carnage pics
bedside smash

front fiberglass crack

bottomed out the truck and the track bar smashed the fitting for the ARB air line

I think some longer coilovers some bump stops and limit straps are in order soon also
