Biltrites axle builds and eventual sas
haha.. I would guess it weighs about 30 pounds but It still need these welded to it
thanks but I didnt do them, my cousin works at a welding shop and they got alot of different machines in there
but I will still have to get a front drive shaft and regear the rear end befor any wheeling can take place

sucks
right when the good stuff is just about to start
How soon do you need a shaft? Cuz I threw one together myself, with a TTB (93-97 Ranger) front shaft, cut and lengthened it I think 6" over what it was and re welded it. I have no vibration until 50mph in 4-hi. Shocking! I had that shaft laying around and decided to put it to use. It's not a long travel, but it got me around this winter with no issues.
yeah, those front re-lengthen shafts work ok. most lifted trucks here use them. i have a nissan pathfinder one, dont remember how much we lengthened it. cost me around 60$ and no vibration and its pretty beefy

well it went under the knife today, I got all the suspension off and cut off almost all the old mounts
still working on the main crossmember but not a bad start for one afternoon by my self with only hand tools and a 4.5" angle grinder
