Biltrites axle builds and eventual sas
started working on beefing up the shock mounts on the hoops
grinded the tabs down to get a flat surface

cut some square pieces for the front and back of the shock mounts out of some scrap metal I had


and Im thinking about adding some gussets to the sides, somthing like this....dont mind the stink foot...lol

I picked up some rotors, hubs and wheel bearings

got the inner bearings packed and put the seals on

also picked up some stage 8 spindle lock nuts

put the hubs and rotors ect. on and torqued them to spec

also put the calipers ect. on

got the highsteer arms on but not torqued, just wanted to get the tie rod measured
and ready to weld, Im also waiting for the 4th studs...lol

and I reworked the shock hoop gussets

I know its a horrible 5 sec ms paint drawing but you should do the gusset something like this. Also, if you extend the gusset out to the sides like i showed it will prevent the tube from ripping.
