As always Zach, its lookin' damn good. Seeing your's is a refreshing reminder (to me) as to just how tight everything fits! And I still have a steering ram to add into the equation. I'm scheming pretty well though I might surprise a few people when mine comes together. Your setup is definitely encouraging, as mine will be very similar. I am abit suprised you originally had bushings on both ends of your panhard. I wouldn't think they'd allow (enough) of the movement needed in the panhard.

also if your bushing failed your JJ would have failed. JJ are spherical bearing bushings...
I have/had a JJ on the other end and it never wore out

Yeah its crowded in there, but i got it all to fit and no binding when i travel the axle myself.

I had a poly bushing and a JJ at the frame end. I think the JJ allowed most of the movement.

I do here in Louisville. One of my co-workers/boss owns a powder coating & plating shop.

Fuel cell is going all the way in the back to even out the weight distrobution

Powder Coating? What are we powder coating?

I am primer and painting everything. Rust goes right through powder coating and personally i think paint holds up just as well.

I hate winter, I know its hard for you to grasp but it does not take much to have rust here. Bolts everything can go from nice in the fall to rust in the spring.

theres something thats getting overlooked here, like I said, a JJ has a poly bushing. I would try to pry more, but its really irrelevant now. but like I said, the system has been used for years...

For those interested, the part # for the transfer case shifter to transfer case bushing is 3L5Z-7335-AA.
