this member came to me after big o reported my shop "loosened a UCA bolt while doing a hub bearing on his truck", and blamed me and my shop for "overtorqueing" the hub unit... which we have ALWAYS torqued hub units this way using a impact and then checking torque which NONE HAVE COME BACK... INCLUDING MINE WHICH IVE HAD IN MY TOYOTA FOR OVER 5 YEARS!!!... 5 days later he comes back and i replace the hub on 10-24-2011 always replaced a BAD UPPER BALL JOINT and a VERY SLOPPY LOWER BALL joint... after the alignment said member left WITHOUT paying for the services done.... needless to say i am not the first person this member as tried to get over on I REFUSE to help this member and will get payment for the jobs done or he can return the parts and go elsewhere or do them himself i also know he has screwed over another member on here who is very full of information VWWILDCAT or how ever he spelled it just avoid this person point blank BEWARE

Wow, I hope John sees this. That is unfortunate that he'd stiff you. Even after you made it right, again.

He had a side in that story, I wonder what his side is on this.

well i think its safe to say since this guy has not been here to save face, i'm gonna go ahead, and say he is a chicken, you just don't do this, especially in this day and age, thats why i never kick the keys over without cash in hand first

Age doesn't matter. I know some in their 40's and 50's that will pull the same crap.
What's the opposite of Caveat Emptor ?
