I hate Thursday's! Last Thursday I wreck my bike and today the adjuster came out and told me that it's totaled. :( On top of the damage I already knew of, the forks are bent and the handle bars are bent and a few other things. I am seriously bummed!

 

Will insurance give you enough to get a new one?

You're telling me. I have been seriously bummed all day. Less than 700 miles on the bike.

Don't know how much they will give me yet. Should find out by Monday, but I have to finish paying off the loan before I can get a new one and I got some other stuff when I took out the loan so the loan is more than just the bike. I would like to get another one, but sadly it won't be for a while unless an amazing deal comes along.

 

If you wanted to learn, or are capable of fixing it, you might be able to buy it from the insurance company. Might want to check how hard it is to get a salvage title if you want to go that route. Rotten luck trigger!

 

I am gonna let it go for now. I'll take the money and pay off the loan and try saving some money for a while, I used to be good at that before I joined RF.

 

Found out from the insurance company today that I did at least $1850 damage to the bike and it is indeed a total loss.

You'll get another one in time just take your time I was looking at them just didn't feel right on one just to small for me.

After seeing what happened I'm a little weary of riding a bike but I'm going to take it slow. When you bought this bike it made me start looking for bikes
