sucks about the knuckle, but atleast it broke now instead of on the road!! Looks good man, and yea he is gonna radius the corners of the hangers from what he said

remember that is full droop of the suspension. it wont be anywhere close to that height after it gets some weight on it

riight riight but with 40s wont it also be sittin up another near 20" then the weight of the truck right?

As I've been told, the inner c has been fixed along w. the power steering pressure hose getting done w.e that needed to get done to it.

gettin closer..since the yota box is mounted..its just the steering rods and hookin up the steering..brakes, assemble axle and the little tweaking?

did you guys even touch the rear end for the gears?

You better get crackin' at 03's pace he will have the jeep done and we are redoing mine before the end of the year, so that will be 4 SAS's.

you know your a redneck if you have 2 SAS rangers but no fenders...

ill crawl back into my hole now....


ha, coming along really good. its amazing that the 1st one took 50 pages and now your almost 1/2 done id say and only 5 pages ha...

Ok well mother nature decided to **** on the project yesterday. Rain all day, and its raining right now, and it's supposed to all day.

I built the axle yesterday, got the power steering pressure hose made and got all the bolts for the steering that I needed. So if it ever stops raining i'll throw the axle under the truck, put the pump back in and hook up the hoses. Then make the steering shaft and cut the drag link to length and hook up the brake lines. Then it's on to the rear end and settin up the gears which doesn't take too long.

lookin good Jey..you get new rotors and calipers?
