07 Ranger Unknown bolt help

Hello,

Had my truck up on the hoist at work and noticed it's dripping oil from a black bolt on the right side of the block. Leak doesn't appear to be coming from the valve cover.

This one

Does anyone know what it's for and why it would be leaking?

Washer

There is a metal washer that should be installed with the tensioner.

You can also use a little silicone sealant on it. Just be careful not to put too much on it because there is a oil port on it that could get plugged with sealant. That would reduce or eliminate the function of the tensioner.

Make sure it is torqued to spec too.
