6.0 Powerstroke in a ranger
you dont realize how high the dash is from the floor in a ranger until you start making custom seat brackets... i was going to bring mine up about 4" from the floor until i realized i was going to be looking straight into the dash... so here was my solution: https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...=55141&page=15
Haha, that's the best thing I've heard all week.
Yeah, unfortunately, mine is going to be a bit low from the fact that the top of the seat almost touches the roof with a 2" block. Its gonna be interesting driving. I set it in there, and it was not too bad. I'll be low ridin. LOL
any idea on when you'll get the motor yet?

Had to add almost 130 grams at the point where the slug is. Unfortunately it had to go where that slug is already, soooooo, the timing gear came off, slug went in exactly where the whole in the gear is under that other slug. The front was 130 grams off and the rear 126 from the factory. it is now .2 off in the front and less than .1 in the rear.
