like you said, I'm better off on gas now than with my 3.0. I loved the little torque monster, but it ate gas like hell.

I get pretty good mpgs, I'd say about 16 city and about 19 hwy. thats if I can ever manage not to drive it fast off every light lol. I was pretty proud of her the other day it chirped it in second on a new tar road i was on(felt so cool haha) And today I was going about 60 and put it to the floor to get around a guy and the road was kinda wet from earlier rain and I lost traction.

the bed took me literally 20 mins to take off, it was EASY. dropping the tank would have sucked since its full of fuel!

lol...that's the first time i've EVER heared someone say it's easier to drop the tank instead of lift hte bed! hahaha....yeah...6 bolts, 2 guys, 3 screws and 10 mins it's off!

plus that crossmember makes for a really nice tool storage holder.

i had to work on my fuel pump 3 times, and actually need to work on it for the 4th (need to replace the frame as the fuel guage doesn't work but danged thing costs like 150) so I literally just cut a hole in the bed to make access easier LOL
