95 wont move under own power

4x4 light is on and low gear light blinks. you can move through all gears of the manual transmission and the truck runs fine. you can push the truck as well it just won't move under own power. it has a new clutch and pressure plate but I think it may be an electronic problem. Any ideas?

When you let the clutch out does the anything happen? Any noise or just stand still? When the clutch is pressed down and the motor on can you still go through every gear?

I've seen this once before and the idiots who changed the clutch forgot to bolt the pressure plate.
