Welcome to the forum
On cold start the engine RPMs should be 1,100-1,200, the colder it is outside the higher the RPMs
As the engine warms up the RPMs will start to drop, after 5-8mins, full warm up, it should be down to 750-800rpms in Park or Neutral
This is Choke Mode, all gasoline engines need to be Choked when cold
You may have a vacuum leak if RPMs are higher
After engine is fully warmed up, and idling, unplug the 2 wire connector on the IAC(idle air control) Valve
RPMs should drop to about 500(barely running) or engine may even stall, either is GOOD it means no vacuum leaks
If RPMs do not drop you have a vacuum leak
Fuse 6 and fuse 24 in cab fuse box are for the stock radio
