Headlights

I bought specD Halo lights roughly 2 years ago. They make a $2 dollar flashlight look bright, the headlights are very very dim. I like the halo look and they look great on the truck. There isn't a way to get to the bulbs from the outside for some reason or atleast that I know of. The driver side halo is also very dim compared to the passenger side one.
I need help

Are the lenses clear?

Suppose to be clear/transparent lens, if you can not clearly see the bulb inside then they are NOT clear/transparent

Its best to replace them but you can try polishing
Plastic lenses get scratched over time, from dust when driving

You can unplug each bulb and test voltage at its socket, engine off and engine on, write it down
Then test other bulbs socket
That will confirm is not a voltage issue, or that it is

They are tinted but I can still see the bulbs. There is a projector and a bright light bulb. You can't get to the bulbs from the back of the headlights. I can link the headlights if needed. The bright bulb isn't very big

You'd have to be able to get to the lamps. Otherwise, you'll never be able to replace them when they burn out.

We have no idea as we don't know what headlamps you have.
