I have a 2001 4.0 SOHC no check engine light, new plugs and wires, cleaned the throttle body, IAC and MAF. Have a slight miss at idle only anyone have any ideas what it could be?

 

Put a can of Seafoam or similar injector cleaner in the gas tank

Could just be dirty injector tips, they can drip fuel at idle which causes bad air:fuel mix and misfire

Were spark plugs gapped at .054
And Motorcraft or autolite
Also only use regular copper or Double Platinum spark plugs, single platinum will wear out the same as regular copper on one bank
