since im not going to flatbed it for a few more months i decided to work on the bed a little.. idk, its probalby a lost cause but it makes the truck look less of a POS!! so i pulled out that big **** dent on the driverside where i hit a pole/gate and sanded, primed, painted....

i still need t bondo, sand, prime, paint the bobbed area!

worked yesterday/last night, got the back lifted up and level with the front now!! then i did some testing and the rear is still smashing the bed. so i went and chopped the fenders more which makes the bed look SUPER SHORT!! but i like it!

man your truck is sick, i wanna do something like this in the future with mine, but you bed looks so funny, it looks like one of those little beds they put on 4door tacomas and frontiers, just turned around
Sick man. Just read through all 19 pages at work.. ( gotta stay occupied somehow, right!? ) And just wanted to tell you that that is a kick *** truck. I can't decide if i want to lift my ranger.. or go pre-runner or trail rig!? damn!
Hope to see some progress soon though!

I look at this thread rather often cause I'm a fan of the 'used' trucks (yours and Matt's in particular) and have come to the conclusion that you need smaller tires or more lift. Just doesn't look right. I think a set of 35's would be perfect.

I'm sorry to say I'm not a huge fan of the way this truck turned out. I like the swap, obviously, but I think as of now you have gone in a different direction than I would have. I'm not gonna sit here and critique your work though, as it is not my place. That is why it is your truck (and actually yours, not your parents LOL) and to each his own. As long as you are happy with it. Good luck with it and keep on truckin' :)
