Man you're making me feel bad. it has been that long.

I've got the motor done minus the carb. and then it'll be going in the truck.

ill be installing an 4" add a leaf in the upcoming days.

it'll be done by no later than April.

I just reread the whole thread, but maybe I missed something... Are you using the original motor that came with it or that cobra motor?

Not bad, lots to see and do. Everything is expensive, and I miss my truck, lol. On the upside.. I finally got around to learning to ride a motorcycle. Got me a little 400cc Suzuki Savage. Hoping to pick up a harley when I come back stateside.

well i have a few updates.

i didnt feel like spending $100 to get a body lift for this truck, so instead i spent about 20 and made my own. some 2 3/8 washers and some 2.5" rigid conduit. only took about an hour to make them.

and the new height with the body lift installed:

i went down to a local steel yard and bought about 30 dollars worth of 3/8 flat plate and some square stock and went to town making some radius arm drop brackets and a tranny cross member

radius arm drop brackets:

and the tranny cross member:

oh and i also have the motor, tranny, and t-case installed

and just a side view of the truck with some fenders back on it.

also for those of you wanting to install a c6 with a np208 in a first gen you will have to notch/plate/ box in the frame the frame under the driver door so the t-case will clear
