Weekend Warrior Build
Thanks guys! Final ride height will be around 6.5-7 inches of lift, All suspension. I will be removing my body lift when I put the axle in. Tires will be the same ones I have now. 35" BFG KM2's.

Got my old steering box torn apart, cleaned, and painted today. I need to grab a 7/16" drill bit and a 1/4" NPT tap yet. Then just waiting on my complete rebuild kit from RockAuto.
Also finished up my upper/lower inner axle C gussets last night.

Well, since there are no T-bird style saginaw pumps left in the world (that I can find for sale anyways) I decided to build a custom bracket to bolt to my 4.0L that uses the every popular "canned ham" style reservoir for the saginaw. These are commonly found in E-series ford vans and most older chevy's.

Picked up a BW 1354 a couple months ago for $100. Just getting to rebuilding it now. I'll be ordering a complete rebuild kit from cobratransmissions.com next week. I got the t-case torn down and found the filter for the pump was snapped off and laying in the case. Also, the speedo sensor was messed up and all the seals were shot. I have maybe 2 hours start to finish in sandblasting this. I couldnt even begin to come close to having it this clean by wire brushing it.

Lol yea it is actually. No worries though. I don't install used parts without thoroughly inspecting/rebuilding them. When you're working with 20 yr old parts, it's bound to happen. You wouldn't have even know the filter was broken off unless you cracked open the case.
Yea dude, the front output seal was SHOT. Nothing left of it due to the yoke being so rusty
