Sucks about not getting the coils today.

You said you have 4* caster shouldn't you be closer to 7* at ride height?

No the alignment shop told me to run 3-4 all the time and it will handle the best in most all situations. So that is what I was going to try, it was at 6 before with the long arms. I set the caster at 4* for this setup

it looks like you have that sway bar all hooked up -- why were you thinking that you were going to sell it or are you still leaning that way?

what is a dual rate kit (:

dual rate for 2 coils per shock

i had a sway bar that works on the Jeep setup, then I bought a longer sway bar for the current setup. I used some of the parts but not all.

Thus the ones I was going to sell you. All you need are the bushings, the links, and a few bolts. The expensive parts I have still. (arms, torsion bar, tube). Remember new these sway bars are 400 bucks.

Damn Zach, that looks great. You should consider running a little fab shop out of your garage for some extra cash, your work always looks great.

Thanks Korey. Right now Liability stands in my way, so I only do it for people I know. I trust my work but cant say nothing will go wrong.

Makes sense, you could do basic stuff for people like tube bumpers and/or sliders and stuff like that instead of full on suspension work and stuff. If you threw up and ad on craigslist and some local forums you might be able to pay for linking your rear axle from the work.

again Poly Performance cant do jack right, it could be eibach messed up or PP, not sure which but I opened my springs and they gave me...

2 - 16" - 250lb/in springs
2 - 12" - 250lb/in springs

I ordered

2 - 16" - 350lb/in springs
2 - 12" - 250lb/in springs

seriously. 4 weeks delivery when promised 5 days, had to call 7 different times. I dont think I will be buying from them again. You would think when a customer orders 1200$ worth of stuff they would make sure its right.

my thoughts exactly. I am going to put the springs on regardless, they are not even open today and I want it on the road so i can get all the paint/grinding dust off the truck. Plus I need it out of the garage this weekend for other reasons.

its off 20lbs per inch they might still work but I will box them up and return them if that is what they want when I call on monday.

I am running

1977 F250 dual piston front calipers on the front.
and
1975 Chevy 1/2 ton front calipers on the rear.

and a 1996 Ford F250 Master Cylinder, the rear is controlled by a Summit Racing Proportioning valve.

Its not your typical swaybar there is no need for disconnects. You run it hooked up all the time.
