Zach it seems like you go from one cool project to the next....

soo.... can we assume we'll get to see something like a 302 going in next, or something like that?????

nope, im not a v8 fan. my v6 does just fine.


maybe a manual trans conversion? man i would love that.

its alright.. iv been playin with Vista all day to pass the time. runnin it on a spare HD until i deside if i like it or not. you got a good start goin, now you just need to find the time to finish. i need to get my parts here then ill have to find the time to install

why not a fan of a v8? we already get the mileage of a v8 might as well get the power =)

if i built a V8 for my truck it would prob get 6 MPG and i would need built 1 ton axles

dont need more power.

plus i want something that will start and run day in and day out. im no mechanic, and engine and tranny work is way beyond me.

yeah working with that D30 for a coil swap isnt helpn ya proly, EB axles give ya a little more room. but you gotta do what ya gotta do to get that baby in and working. progress looks great!

Id say the same thing as you Zack if i had a 4.0. cause thats plenty of power when gear'd right too. But having a 3.0...all you can think of is wanting a 5.0, idk i love that v8 sound too!

A cummins 4BT would be sick though haha.

Nice job zach and Big04 on your trucks. i can't wait to see them finished.

level of difficulty is comprable. engine work is more messy though.
D. has done plenty of engine work im sure, i wouldnt worry about that

i wish i had heat.....

heat? heck we are in a heat wave right now!! its above freezing here!!!

we did some work tonight, didnt think we would but we did.

ive got a design for my back brackets which is a decent amount of work. my dad is going to make them while I'm at school tomorrow i think.
