Im thinking of using bumpcans for air bumps to make them adjustable. would be pretty much exactly like this...

cool that gives me some ideas, now for the money.. lol

Zach I have a idea for the sway bar, but can you take a pic of the truck from the front so you can see the frame rails and the axle.

I am not worried about the width but i am thinking more in how to mount it so it doesn't interfere with the steering.

Damn man, truck looks real good!!!

I am curious as to the reliability with your setup. I'd love to do it to mine (front IFS probs..) but I hate to lose the reliability...it IS my DD

I know, thats why I'm asking him

Meaning, I don't want to tear apart my DD that I make payments on if it is not reliable, etc. It's not going to be my main wheeler for much longer, but at the same time I need 500+ in parts for the front end right now...and I could spend that on the sas (well a little portion).

I would be looking at a setup similar, but on leafs (for ease of install) and the same (or similar) d30

Well, I can't say this from expierence because for MANY reasons i haven't been able to drive the truck, BUT the previous owner (personal friend) said when fully flex the tire would come within 1/2 to 1 " of hittin the fender.. drop the body lift, i will have to cut of the tires will clearance it!

????????? how in hell is leaf's ease of install? its old technology, coils have so much more advantage, you still have to well brackets on and find where the center of the axle will be pretty much damn near same process, leafs you weld on two hanger brackets, coils you weld on a hoop??? still same amount of work, one more crude then the other imo...
