i am wondering if your coil hoops are flexing allowing it to move the axle a bit....

well i had horrible death wobble, hit a bump at 45 ish and i just couldnt control it.

my dad just got home from work and i hadnt had a chance for anyone to turn the tires while i was outside the truck.

the trac bar has about 1/8" of play around the bottom bolt, and the tie rod actually twists when the wheel turns, really strange...

oh well i need to get that fixed tomorrow.

maurice i just can not see them flexing. ive seen so many designs and not that many are built as strong as mine.

I'm just frustrated right now, im dieing to just drive it. heck im excited to just fill it with gas and give it a nice bath.

So after all this trial and error you should market a kit =]

that is the bad thing about doing a SAS on the newer Rangers....there is soooo much new suspension parts that there is a lot of spots to make adjustment that you are not used too...

Man Zach that really sucks.

Did you always have the play in the track bar? because if so that is why you are getting the death wobble.

Ok, I spent about an hr at a local offroad shop talkin to them abou my death wobble, here are the things they suggested to me, not sayin you haven't tried them but just figured I'd tell you what they told me to try...

1)Trac bar should be torqued to like 200ft lbs, in other words REALLY tight, and make sure there is no slow in the joint, along with all steering joints.. any play can magnify and cause problems!!

2) Try disconnecting your front driveshaft and drive it.... free floating spinning or some shiat...

3)Try rotating your tires fronts to backs.... a miss balanced tire on the old suspension might not have mattered but could on this set up....

4) Are you sure your axle is square under the truck?

5)Wheel bearings, ball joints.......

6) I know yours is linked... but for my set up with radius arms they said for the proper caster i need 7 degree or more C-wedges to get proper caster.... you sure you have proper caster?

That's what they suggested to me, mabe this will help you maybe not... good luck, bout to go work on mine now!
