I see 10 sets...I need to get at least half of them paid to get the run going, only because I don't have the money to front for this at the moment. PM me for payment info. Paypal is prefered.

I'll start having the next batch run, and update on ETA for completion as I get the info.

I'm planning on just doing grade 8 zinc hardware for this run, because the price of the stainless hardware seems to have gone up, unless anyone really feels the need for the stainless. The grade 8 is actually stronger, so something to consider.

Pricing is the same as the last run, which is nice.

Kit with powdercoated brackets: $290
Kit with raw brackets: $270

Shipping:
$11 continental US
$28 Canada

Kit includes:
4 brackets (2 upper, 2 lower)
4 gussets to reinforce shock tower
2 shock tower spacers for upper mounts
8 rod end spacers (for 1/2" wide rod ends)
all hardware to install
Sweet my birthday is on the 6th so that should bring in some extra money. If 5 people don't pay by then I'll PM you and send you the payment

Read all 39 pages of this thread and my emotions were that of a school girl when reading that they were being produced, then stopped, then produced, then stopped, and now being produced again! I am definitely interested, just want to make sure I have everything priced out right for a complete ready to run kit:

coilover bracket kit: $290
Fox 2.0 coilovers: $207 x 2
Eibech coils: $60 x 2
eyelits: $30 x 2
limit straps: $5 x 2
Grand total $894ish, without shipping for everything

I know the local fox shox sales rep for the fox cycling division and he is trying to put me in touch with rep for their truck/ offroad division to see if he can "hook me up". I'm hoping it works out but are there any other cheaper alternatives than fox that people are using?

You must have skimmed over a few pages then - because I remember 'ME00Stepside' and myself debating a fair amount about a less 'pricey' option - I believe he used coilovers made by 'Strange Engineering'.

Really, any coilover shock that meets the requirements (extended/collapsed length, body diameter, etc.) would work. After those measurements are confirmed – it’s really comes down to the ‘added features’ each company provides (tuning ability, rebuild ability, support etc.) and then you have to determine if you want to pay for those items.

I believe someone has also mentioned looking into a Radflo brand setup a few years ago.

The exact prices for everything will vary - depending on where you purchase them (of course), if the person has a suspension lift (longer coilovers & springs are needed) and if people pay for any optional upgrades on the items (like I originally did).

That said, it looks like you have the basic components listed correctly. However, you will also want a good set of spanner wrenches to adjust the coilover's easier.

I have the Strange Engineering single adjustment shocks on mine, with Afco springs. The entire setup cost me just over $400, but they do not have extended rod ends available, so I made them. If you're interested, I can have more made. I have to check with the shop, but if I remember correctly, I can get them done for about $75 a pair, and they can be anodized black or clear to match the Strange coilovers.

I've put over 40,000 miles on my S-5206 set with 600 lb coil springs, and they're doing great, although I'm thinking of stepping up with 12" springs and dropping the rate to 500 lbs, because it's still just a little stiff for what I wanted.

People had reservations about these because Strange primarily builds parts for hot rods and drag cars, but they make a strong quality coilover, and they have a significant amount of travel for their sizes. I'm quite happy with mine, and I'd do it again.

For anyone interested:

Stock trucks: S5205 shocks, 10" coil springs
Superlifted trucks: S5206 shocks, 12" coil springs

Hahaha.

Actually, I never stopped producing them. It just took me months to get the remainder of the second batch sold, which is why I don't want to front the money for a third round right now when my money is tight. I had said that I was going to put off doing the next round because of some personal issues, but I didn't plan on stopping them completely.

FYI, no one has sent a payment yet. I'd like to get this going ASAP, but after the length of time I sat on some sets, I don't want to commit to paying for the production of a bunch and end up having to wait so long. I do this on the side, and I don't really have a lot of working capital yet to start ordering parts to have "in stock". I have stuff made to order, and typically only do group buys on them to keep it worth while.

ME00Stepside, I have a couple questions for ya:

1. How much for a set of your brackets? (sorry, I dont want to read through 40 pages lol)
2. With your coil-over setup does it give you stock ride height? or would there be another setup to get a little more lift out of it?

It's on the previous page. And this is for ride quality only it isn't designed to act as a lift kit

You can get the same lift out of coilovers that you can get out of cranking your torsion bars, but it will ride better.

I need to correct something I just realized.
Shipping was never changed when I realized it was uninsured, and the pricing had increased a little last winter:

OK guys, I've got a few payments, so things are looking good. I'm having the shop order the stock. We should be able to get this rolling soon. Looking for a couple more payments and I'll feel pretty good about it.
