LOL. The only people who have responded are the ones who have already paid, and I know what you want.

What about the rest of you? I'm dropping of parts to the powdercoater at lunch today. I need to know how many. If I don't hear from you guys before hand, I'm going to do the rest half and half, so it will end up being first come first serve.

im not tryin to raid on this thread but im jus curious what the difference is with the coil setup....if i did the coil conversion would it be cheaper to lift in the long run cause the superlift is pretty pricey

This is merely a conversion from torsion bars to coilover springs. This is not a lift.

You can use it on a stock truck and you still have the same basic range of adjustment as the original setup, but it will ride better. You can use this with a Superlift as well. The difference is in the length of shocks and springs you get for it. Simply put, if you plan on doing the Superlift later, you're going to have to replace the shocks and springs with longer ones at that point, making it more expensive.

If you want lift and coilovers, and want it to be relatively inexpensive, do the coilover conversion then get a body lift.

Updates:

I got the brackets off the other day, and they are supposed to be done by the 4th. I had 8 sets coated, and by my count, that leaves one powdercoated set left.
For those who haven't paid, now is the time to get the payments in.

I'll keep you guys posted!

Just browse this thread, that info has been posted enough times that it doesn't need repeating.

Everything you need to know is in this thread

Downsouth motorsports is filling my order with 12inch springs they said it would be better on my stock setup and it wouldn't change anything and it would keep less threads showing does any one know if this is true? Research says 10 inch I know do I need to tell them to change it?

The only picture on page 41 is some other coilover setup installed on a Toyota.

A 12" spring should work as well. They sold me the same setup the other year (Never installed). If you’re worried about it, just ask them to change it to a 10" spring. When I was going to install my stock setup, I was concerned about it as well - so I just purchased another spring set in a 10" length - just in case the 12" ones wouldn't work.

Fox suggests a 12" spring with a 5" coilover - so that's why they normally roll together.

The 12" spring would sit higher up on the threaded collar, but I don't think it would contact anything once installed on the truck - although everything gets pretty tight. You just have to make sure you weld the coil bucket gussets at an angle to clear the spring & verify that the upper control arm doesn't make contact with the spring during movement.

Here is a 5" coilover (for a stock height truck) with a 12" spring installed (not adjusted for height):

Here is my RCD coilover setup with a 12" spring (Suspension Lift):

How high are you going to set them? If you're going to set them higher than stock, I'd go with the 12". I have mine set the equivalent of a full TB crank, and the 10" springs are just barely doing it with the perches adjusted all the way up. I'm actually switching to the 12" when I change my spring rate. If you're planning on running at stock height, go with the 10". You'll have a better range of adjustment.

Updates:

I'm picking up the brackets tomorrow, and the hardware hopefully Monday. I'll start getting everything packed up this weekend and ready to ship.

The following people have not paid or responded to my posts regarding powdercoated or raw:

Clinton
moonliteshawn
Neo
atrocity

I need a response and payment soon, or I will start offering sets to people who have been asking if there are any sets left. If these 4 people still come through, I will start another run as soon as these are shipped out.

If you guys would start a new list, adding yourselves (include the info of raw or powdercoat), I will start planning another run.

People who have said in this thread that they're interested in another round:

w_pinkerton
yamarider88
romagna127

If you're not interested, kindly remove yourself. Anyone else interested, add your name!

Guys, if you're interested, just copy and paste the list to a post, and add yourself. Thanks.

UPDATE:
I picked up the brackets today. Should be picking up the hardware tomorrow, and getting everything sorted and packed over the weekend.

I know I can but just clarifying I can do this on my b4000 correct? The suspension is all the same as the ranger. If i have read all 46 pages correctly your bracket and hardware kit is everything i need excluding the coilovers.
So just clarifying i have everything in order i need your hardware and brackets, 2.0x 5.0 fox emulsion coilover shock, 10" springs not sure what manufacturer yet im assuming eibach springs are fairly expensive. Anything im missing?

B-models and Rangers are the exact same thing. There are some different suspensions(like 3 types, but if you have torsion bars..you're good) but if you saw a ton of pics in this thread and they match your suspension then yah you're good.

Ya that's what I thought and as far as limit straps how long is recommended for stock height using fox 2.0 x 5. I have heard anywhere from 1/2" to 1 1/2" shorter to avoid overextending can anyone confirm how much shorter would work?
