Powdercoated version. only been out of the box to look at them.
I might be able to take them off your hands. I was just thinking about this last night. What color are they powdercoated?

I would love a set of powdercoated when you get back to it in the new year.

They do look a size to long but I was surprised with mine they look to long but I have full up travel. ( axle hits the stop and the shock still has travel.)

We need to cycle it and take a look.

Here mine for comparison

I must say there is no way those ones are hitting the stock bumps, when i had my 12" fox's in stock location i had more shaft showing then that and i was bottoming the shock over bigger speed bumps

Mine looked like yours do mike

Mine are 11 in travel with a 30 in extended ill see if I can find a pic with it on the bump stop. I was real worried when I first bolted them up but have had 0 problems.

I dont doubt you hit the bump at flex but at actual bump it may not be. You would have to take your leaf pack apart and cycle the main leaf or use a gopro lol.

That is possible but the difference in suspension
geometry wouldn't vary that drastically from
1 side of the axle articulated and on the bump stops vs both sides hitting.

There is some counter rotation on articulation from the swing shackles but most of that comes from play in the bushings the travel should remain square and in plane to the vehicle if one side is moving up or both.

I'm no expert on the matter but physics would say if it works on one side it should work on both and on a bump hitting both wheels you have twice the compression damping from both springs counter acting the hit as opposed to just one. So it's less likely to fully bottom unless your hitting obstacles really hard ie jumping which my trucks not built for. It may not be utilizing every mm of compression room in the springs but it works well.

I'd like to cycle it and make sure they are not bottoming but it has worked great for the past 2 years.

Will the bearings from the shock eyelet that come on the fox shocks transfer over to the extended eyelet or do I need new bearings? Is all that's needed to transfer them snap ring pliers?

Latest Pricing:
Kit with powdercoated brackets: $290
Kit with raw brackets: $270

Shipping:
$17 US
$46 Canada

Kit includes:
4 brackets (2 upper, 2 lower)
4 gussets to reinforce shock tower
2 shock tower spacers for upper mounts
8 rod end spacers (for 1/2" wide rod ends--like Fox)
All hardware to install--grade 8 zinc plated

What else you will need:
2 coilover shocks
2 coil springs
2 limit straps and brackets

You may need bump stops if you are lifting your truck at the same time, but if you already have a Superlift, or if you are remaining at stock height, you can reuse what you have. You simply need to trim back the bracket on the frame where the bump stop mounts, so that the coilover will clear it. You then redrill a hole in the remaining part of the bracket and mount the bump stop further in.

If you are going to purchase in the next round, please put your name on the list. Include if you want raw or powdercoat, and US or Canada.

The next run can be February if enough people are interested. I have had numerous PMs over the last couple of months stating that people want them, and I have asked each person to put their name on the list, but to date, no one has.
