Not that I've heard..... by this point - it's a pretty time tested setup.

Now sure if you don't run limit traps and/or bumps - you can break anything!

Thanks mikerider, I did read through but am having trouble locating the info I need. I know that I need 10 inch limit straps, but not sure what type of mounting is the best.
Also do I need any extended brake lines? I will happily just read the thread if someone can direct me to it.

Here's the last set I did, it uses seat belt clevis' from ruffstuff specialty and then threaded clevis mounts from poly performance for the top mount.

I will see if I can dig up the links again. If any body in wa is doing a swap let me know I can lend a hand, it would be nice to get some picks so I can put together a how too.

Yes flat tab but you won't use it. The seat belt tab works much better. You will need pair of bolts for the lower strap mount as well.

Yes, those should work. The key is mounting them so that they limit your suspension where it needs to be. You want them to stop the extension before the upper control arm hits the coils, and before the shock is at it's fullest extension.

Should I order my 6.5 coilovers with a installed bumpstop? Will I need my stock bump in addition to that?

So is there any purpose to the bumpstop that others have put on the coilover?

Ok, I really appreciate your help. One more question then- Stock bumpstops are adequate for this set-up?

yep, just keep in mind its still a stock vehicle and you dont want to be jumping it lol. If you are running 6.5" shocks id recommend you install the shock without the spring first and jack up the control arm so you see the bump stop actually hit the lower control arm to make sure you arent bottoming out your shiny new shocks.

Blacktruckbrown, the superlift straps should work with their pre-swap mounting points, depending on how you weld the gussets on. I used longer bolts and extra washers to space the strap end from the "L" corner formed between gusset and shock tower. Pic links:
