Check engine light
So does the 93 Ranger have a check engine light that should light up when turning the key? Mine must be burnt out? And do you know if the check engine light has a fuse?

Yes it does have a CEL, and there is no fuse specifically for that bulb, dash has a fuse used for all the warning lights
