Heres a video I made of the sound. Im hearing it under the drivers side it seems. I cant really hear it when Im standing infront of the truck with the hood up. Hoping its nothing too crazy.

Most likely an exhaust leak, they can sound like a metallic "tick"

When engine is COLD
Remove fan belt from crank pulley
Start engine, battery light will stay on(no alternator)
You can run the COLD engine without a water pump for 90seconds, but no more, but long enough to localize a sound

You will be amazed at how quiet the engine bay is without the fan and accessories spinning

You can repeat this test anytime after engine is COLD again
Have a length of hose handy to use as a stethoscope to get into tight areas
