hah yeah yeah.. ive only gotten to work on it a couple days in the last week, busy with work and college crap. but we did get the T-case stuff all straightn'd out. i had a 99 exped. case and it was an auto case, in 98 they still had the selectable 4x4. so had to get me one of them :)

mike is working on it today and thurs, im gona be out of town thur-mon for walleye opener but i should have some updated pics and progress next week.

haha yeah!, well wouldnt it be sweet to have some great fishing and come back with the truck done...i wish! but it should be wrapped up next week. and then i can finally start putting on all the other crap i have laying around to go on and then start Fab'n my bumpers :)

 

Take notes on your bumper! I think there's gonna be something similar to camodown's bumper for my truck here pretty soon.

haha oh yes. big progress this week (could and hopefully be done), and i think im going over tomarrow to sand and paint the frame as best i can. cause i just can't not do it, seeing the cab off like that and no motor. it will never happen again heh.


oh and we got nothn for fish.. we got 2 walleyes between 4 of us so it was ****y but our lake is a bit off since its been warm and dry for this time of year, so it was hard to find em. but we got about 50 northerns lol. pulled in a nice 25.5" but that was about it

 

so now that it is done do you like it? nah j/k amy more progress

 

haha its almost done. we had a problem with the parts shop being retards. so we get the expedition. t-case ordered up again and it comes over and its the same damn 99 auto one. so we send it back and say IT NEEDS TO BE A 98 (or under) SELECTABLE t-case. they sent the wrong damn thing 3 times in a row. and then the last thing they sent.... Was a ****ing front diff! we were like wtf..

but we have the right case now so the truck can all be wired up and d-shafts made to fit. this week i'll get over and take some pics of the progress. i want to drive my POS so bad...

 

it will probably be so much nicer now

 

well as far as my truck not being a turd that wants to kill itself evertime a small hill comes on the highway, yeah alot better

I never understood why we never tried to see how fast the jeep goes. I think it was the fact that you prolly wanted to survive your drive w/ steering.

yeah me either. last time i was in the cab before it was taken off i was like damn i miss this interior and hieght on the road.

but yeah as soon as it backs to my house i have a host of other projects to start on it haha.. this **** is never ending!
