1998 Ford Ranger Flasher works but turn signals won't work
Hi,
I have 1998 Ford Ranger 4 Cylinder and Manual Transmission , the flasher works but no turn signals don't work, I checked fuse #10 and #21 and they are ok, I checked the connectors on turn signal switch and they looks fine, I am little suspected to the flasher relay ,
Any other idea why the turn signals don't work?

Fuse 10 gets 12v with key on from ignition switch, it powers the turn signals, fuse 21 has power all the time and powers the 4-way system, the bulbs share the same wiring but not the same 12volts to flash
So the problem is: why doesn't fuse 10 have 12volts with key on?
Ignition switch also powers fuse 2 and 14 along with 10 on the same bus in 1998 Ranger
Fuse 2 activates Blower Motor relay, so does your fan work?
If not then problem may be in ignition switch
If Fan works then problem is in the fuse box

I have to open fuse box,
I have a question, the flasher works but the turn signals won't work, is flasher relay can be faulty?

Yes, flasher relay could be faulty, its a dual flasher so same as 2 different flashers in one box
And you have tested fuse #10, and it is OK, looking at a fuse tells you nothing, just FYI
You could jump 12volts to fuse 10 and see if turn signals started working

Fuse box BUS for fuses 2, 10 and 14 is damaged
A BUS is a metal piece/bar that connects fuse holders together, so 1 wire can activate all the fuses on that BUS BAR, in this case a Key on wire from ignition switch powers 2, 10, and 14 fuses
If you pull a fuse out and then test which terminal has 12volts that would be the one connected to the BUS, the other terminal for that fuse is called the LOAD, in this case it would go to the Flasher for turn signal use.
You can put a jumper wire from BUS for fuse 2 or fuse 14 to BUS 10 then insert the fuses, until you have a chance to pull out the fuse panel or replace it
You may be able to get a cab fuse panel at wrecking yard, assuming the same accessories/options it should be plug and play

Yes, pull fuse 2
Test which terminal has 12v key on, thats the BUS side, then jump from that terminal to fuse 10 bus side
You can buy "fuse taps" these plug into a fuse slot and have 2 fuse holders, one for the original fuse in that slot and one for an added fuse for a new device, in this case for the turn signal power
