Hell if I know, you put a D44, a D30, and a D60 pumpkin all next to each other I wouldn't be able to identify them.

I would hope you could distinguish between a D60 and D30

I mean I could figure it out just based on size but I honestly haven't spent enough time around axles and 4x4s to be able to name axles and t-cases and stuff like that. I've had to teach myself about vehicles and up to this point based just on my truck, my family are carpenters and concrete men, I'm the only "mechanic". I know every inch and part in my truck, put me under anything else and I'm clueless.

Really its not that difficult. Couple of ways to tell are one the diff cover and two the flipping tag on the pumpkin. Lol

The guy took them off due to an incident bring thhe truck home. He hooked it up wrong and cracked the grille, flaird the bottom of the fenders and dented the bumper ill get some now fenders and junk after all the serious modding is through.

Update? Hell why not.

Found my tires today. Got a sweet deal that will make some folks shiit themselves.
got a set of 4 37x12.50x17 reds they have 95% tread left, and look soo sick can't wait to throw them on the truck. The reason they were so cheap? On had a small plug

For those of you that don't know what reds are, their technical name is bfg red label krawler t/a kx. So sick.
One with the patch

The 400M is not a huge step up from the 351M, since they're essential the same engine, but that's been discussed before

Most likely you wouldn't notice the difference between the two unless you start building them up

Update.

Well today was. A good day weather was nice and I got a little bit accomplished.

I got the 9" cleaned up a bit and got the drums, shafts and third member out al with the help of about 10 of these:

Anyways the splines on the shafts look pristine considering the axle is from the late 60s.

Oh well time for custom 31 spline mosers and 411s with a detroit.

So needless to say I have some pictures for you guys:
