I'm not aware of any D44s that came with both knuckles set up for high steer (i.e. both milled, drilled, and tapped).

The older D44 from a 70 model F250 has one knuckle tapped for a high steer arm but the other on it not.

I got all my stuff at a local brake materials place. if you want lines and mounts i can get them for you. just let me know

the spring perch is for 2.5" wide leafs, that is all you need.

correct. you have to mill, drill, and tap the passenger side knuckle with a mill.

It costs around a 100$ for those 2 rear lines.

I am going there Friday and probably in a couple weeks. Just let me know because they are only a few miles out of the way.

You have the 75' Chevy K20 calipers right? They are DOT approved, stainless steel lines.

75s are 12.5 too.
