Different people!
Nick is from ORW and got most of the shocks out ASAP, which was good for everyone and for the business.

Jacob is the guy making the Brackets to mount the shocks.
The brkt making started at a few sets to a lot of sets then to powder coating to , to ... things can get out of hand.
Hopefully things will change soon and all will be good.

AND most of us will be happy to have the shock installed; some of us ME will still be waiting for the lift kit to arrive.

i think you may be waiting for the lift kit a tad longer than expected tho. Unless you got it from someone that has it in stock. If not Superlift wont be sending anything out anytime soon. I got my lift kit in June and i ordered new sway bar end-links the end of that month they still keep pushing the ship date back month by month.... But who needs sway bars?? I just want the new end-links incase i ever need to put the bars back on... doubtfull tho

While you have the front end a part for the lift you might as well instal Keith's Links.

Well if the lift ever arrives, already a couple of weeks late.

SniperX103,

I definitely understand why you are concerned and frustrated, and I am sure you are not alone. It seems to me that Jacob has something going on outside of RF and the coilover conversion hardware orders, which is why he has not been online in awhile. I just wish we would have been kept better informed of the status. Nevertheless, based on the latest update, we should start receiving our orders the end of this week and early next week.

As you said, Jacob initially expected to have all of the brackets and hardware sent out within a couple of weeks. So I had planned to do the coilover conversion as soon as we received the coilover’s from ORW, which we were supposed to receive a few weeks after the coilover conversion hardware. Based upon this, I went ahead and sold my shocks and torsion bars. As a result, my Ranger has been on stands for over a month now since we still have not received the coilover conversion hardware. I had planned on the Ranger being down about a week, but not over a month. Needless to say, this is what I am most frustrated about. I'm just lucky I have an assigned work vehicle, and a second vehicle to drive.

Superlift has been running way behind on large orders and entire kits, but I recently ordered just a few parts and had them within a week.

do yourself a favor and DO NOT send Jacob any money until the people that bought this stuff months ago start to receive their kits.

Im not saying that Jacob is ripping us off, just that If I were you at this point, I would hold off to see what happens...

Jacob said everyone's order went out on either last Friday or Monday at the latest. You are right that shipment times do vary, but we should all have our orders by next Wednesday at the latest. I have not received anything either and I'm just 500 miles away.
