Did my usual six month oil change today with Mobil 1. The truck had no other issues according to the mechanic. So I'm good for another 6 months.

Got an email from the wife saying she lost her keys for the truck and she left mine in the truck with it locked, guess it will sit for another week or two or three , whenever I get home.

Greased the driveshaft spline earlier this afternoon. Cured the jerk/thunk I had when going up a hill from a stop. The splines had never been serviced and after 110k miles was completely dry! Removed old motorcraft clamps with a flat head screwdriver (special tool??? ya right lol), pulled back rubber boot, greased it and installed new hose clamps. Drives so nice now!!

Can I do one for the week?

Monday-got DMV all squared away
Tuesday-Looked at by mechanic, gave a list of things to do; Seafoam treatment
Wednesday-Replaced sway bar links with Moog links
Thursday-Changed oil/filter and spark plugs
Friday-Filled up the gas tank and experienced problems with my ultra gauge (which is going back for a scan gauge)
Today-pumped up second set of tires for installation tomorrow :)

today i picked up my ranger. a 89 with a 351w and c4 trans. Lighted visor, raise up about 6 inches ,33-12.50-15s, ford 9 inch rear with 410 gears, wanted to put in pics but do not know how to resize, to big to put in. Black very good body, and interior but red so i bught new seat covers , dash board cover, and started looking for a trans. It will move in reverse but nothing forward. So i have some work to do!
